?Comments: I've been coaching high school cheerleading and track and field for seven years in the district where I teach. As a coach, I feel it's important to lead by example, so I work out and lift with my athletes as much as possible. It's my personal goal to be able to run, sprint and hurdle until I absolutely can't do it anymore.
